You must find the locations of Remy’s Cookbooks in Disney Dreamlight Valley to give them to him as part of the ‘Remy’s Cookbook’ quest.
Forgetfulness has struck again, and Mickey can’t remember where he saved Remy’s recipes and, in true video game style, his notes have become illegible.
You get a souvenir with visual clues as to where each recipe is located, but if you want to continue the quest as quickly as possible in Disney Dreamlight Valley, we’ve detailed exactly where to find the first, second, and third. Remy’s cookbook locations below.

Location of the first Remy recipe book from Disney Dreamlight Valley
While you can find the recipes in any order, this is considered the “first” book based on your quest log.
The location of Remy’s first recipe book can be found among the trees in front of Goofy’s house, in the Peaceful Meadow area of Dreamlight Valley, next to the staircase leading to the southern area of Dazzle Beach.

You’ll see a shiny patch of grass that you can then use your shovel to dig up and unearth the first recipe book. If you don’t get it the first time, dig other patches of shiny grass in the same area and you’ll soon find it!
Simply enter the book to add it to your inventory, then head to the second location of Remy’s recipe book.
Location of Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Second Remy Cookbook
Once you have completed the main story quest ‘With Great Power’, you will be able to find Remy’s second recipe book near the bottom of the Mystic Cave located in the eastern area of Dazzle Beach, in the same area as the stove.
In fact, you’ll be able to see the book poking out of the ground here. As with the last recipe book, use your shovel to dig it up, then walk towards its blue glow to add it to your inventory.
The Disney Dreamlight Valley September Update is here! You can now obtain Beauty and the Beast by completing the quests Into the West Wing and A Prince in Disguise. The Fairy Godmother is still in the valley, so you can continue the story through the Forgotten Memories quest. Now you can also have multiplayer houses and customize furniture. If you’re still catching up on the story, be sure to complete The Great Blizzard quest to unlock Olaf, as well as take Simba and Nala to the valley. Location of Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Third Remy Cookbook
Remy’s third and final cookbook in Disney Dreamlight Valley is located near the pier at Dazzle Beach, which is located in the southeastern part of the biome, across from Goofy’s stand.
Like the others, just use the shovel to dig up Remy’s third cookbook. If you don’t get it the first time, dig other areas of glowing sand in the same area and you will soon have all three books.
Once you have found all three of Remy’s recipe books, return to Remy and show him. He can usually be found at his restaurant, but if he is not there, he opens the map and looks for where his avatar is.
Remy will give you two of the recipes back, so go back to your inventory and select “Learn” after hovering over both books.
You’ll need to revisit Remy’s Ratatouille Kingdom to collect the peanuts in the back of his kitchen, and when you do, you’ll be able to purchase all the ingredients you need to make a peanut butter sandwich and peanut butter waffles.

For the last part of the quest ‘Remy’s Cookbook’, bring the cooked dishes to Remy and the quest will end, rewarding you x350 Dreamlight and an increase in your level and your friendship level with Remy.
