The Warzone Intel Tighten the Noose missions are a set of objectives within the Battle Royale mode of Modern Warfare.
Released towards the end of Season 6, they allow you to find items on the map as you play by following a series of clues.
Completing each will reward you with XP, giving you a boost toward completing your current Battle Pass.

Warzone Tighten the Laose Intel Missions and Their Locations
The following ‘Tighten the Noose’ challenges were released on October 14, 2020.
As in previous Fractured Intel, Hunting the Enemy, Hidden Cargo, New Perspectives, The Lost Team, Old Wounds and Sins of the Father, New Threats, and Secret Trails, each Intel step must be completed in sequence.
You can find it within the Challenges area of the Warzone menu, then tab to the end to find these objectives:
Remember that these must be done in Warzone matches; any will do, be it regular Battle Royale, Plunder, etc. If you’re having a hard time grabbing certain items because the areas are so crowded (after all, Intel locations are the same for everyone), try landing near the location and waiting a few minutes before moving.
Alternatively, play until you enter the Gulag and use that second appearance in the match to pay a visit (assuming you win, of course).
Additionally, you can only complete one Intel per game. So continue playing, lose intentionally, or simply quit to start another match and the next objective.
Warzone Tighten the Noose Intel location 1 – Find the location in the message Ghost sent you
For the first objective of Tighten the Noose, you are given the clue “Find the location in the message Ghost sent you” and the following image for 2500 XP:
To complete this, head to the dam, specifically the western tunnel.
You’ll want to land on top of the tunnel and on the snow-covered cliff above.
Above the easternmost tunnel is a tree stump, as shown in the intelligence image. Search this for first information.
Warzone Tighten the Noose Intel location 2: ARM 3-1 left a code
For the next Tighten the Noose objective, you are given the clue “ARM 3-1 left a code…” and the following image for 5000 XP:
To complete this, head to the wavy path just east of the TV station. You want to go to the isolated building to the southwest, which is located south of the road.
Approach the side door and use the keypad.
Enter the code shown in the Intel image (27495810) to open the door.
Inside there is some useful loot, as well as information on the desktop.
Warzone Tighten the Noose Intel location 3: Intel leaked from Verdansk Bank
For the next Tighten the Noose objective, you will receive the clue “Verdansk Bank information was leaked…” and the following image for 5000 XP:
To complete this, head to the center. As the clue suggests, you need to head to the bank, which is just south of the tallest building in the center.
You’ll know you’re in the right place as it will have a green logo on the building (which faces southwest), as well as some ATMs on the side of the entrance.
Inside, turn right and head to the office ahead. The information will be visible on the desktop.
Warzone Tighten the Noose Intel location 4: Active measures fueled the conflict
For the next Tighten the Noose objective, you are given the clue “Active measures fueled the conflict…” and the following image for 5,000 XP:
To complete this, head downtown again, this time to the town hall. This is the large domed building with columns in front, right in the middle of downtown, and just north of the bank we just visited.
It is these columns that you will have to head towards, since between them and in front of the building there are some temporary structures.
Inside one of them is the intelligence location.
Warzone Tighten the Noose Intel Location 5: The Team Ambushed at the Train Station
For the next Tighten the Noose objective, you are given the clue “The team was ambushed at the train station…” (assumed to mean “was”) and the following image for 5000 XP:
To complete this, head to the train station as suggested. Just southeast of the main station terminal is a group of structures: head there.
In the middle of all of them there is a vehicle on fire. This is where the information is located: reach out and do your research to complete this step.

Warzone Tighten the Noose Intel location 6: The team was heading to a bunker
For the final objective of Tighten the Noose, you are given the clue “The team was on their way to a bunker…” and the following image for 5000 XP:
To complete this, head to Bunker 1. It is located in the southwest of Boneyard and is the only structure west of the road, so it should be easy to spot from afar.
Once there, go inside and to open the second door, enter the code for Bunker 1 as shown in the intel image: 97264138. (It starts with a 9, not a 4, despite how the image looks!)
Once inside, turn immediately right and take the information in the corner.
If you’re having difficulty with this step (bunkers are among the most popular areas of the map for players to visit), then it might be worth waiting outside the bunker for a moment until the coast is clear.
Once this is done, the final objective is now complete: offer the blurb “It was all part of the plan” and the following image:
