- Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) player Chris Gayle scored 175 runs in just 66 deliveries against Pune Warriors India (PWI) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on April 23, 2013. It was a spectacle of top-class cricket, as never been seen before. never been witnessed again. Gayle, known for his aggressive hitting and his reliance on boundaries, dominated the PWI bowlers and posted an individual score on par with RCB’s home stadium total average.
- At number 2 is India all-rounder Yusuf Pathan, who scored 100 runs off 37 balls, playing for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) against Mumbai Indians (MI) at Brabourne Stadium on March 13, 2010.
