You have to find all the blue medallions in Resident Evil 4 to complete the six ‘Destroy the Blue Medallions’ requests.
Requests reward spinels, which can be spent at the merchant in exchange for weapons, treasure, weapon accessories, and more! Therefore, it is a good idea to complete as many Requests as you can.
Some are harder to spot, so we’ve detailed the location of each blue medallion in Resident Evil 4 below, including where to find blue medallions in the Farm, Fish Farm, Castle Gate, Great Hall, Cargot Depot, the Cliff Ruins and some are lost elsewhere.
Please note that this is a guide for the Resident Evil 4 remake, so the locations will not be the same in the original version.

Resident Evil 4 Blue Medallion Locations in Farm
Area: Farm.
Reward: Spinel x3.
The first ‘Destroy the Blue Medallions’ request is collected from a wall in the north of the Farm area, but you do not need to collect it to start destroying the medallions. However, selecting the Request adds the medallion icons to your map.
There are five medallions that you must destroy to complete this Request. Here is where to find all the blue medallions in the Farm in Resident Evil 4:
Farm 1 Blue Medallion Location
Outside the typewriter room in the south.
Farm 2 Blue Medallion Location
Inside the small barn to the south.
Farm 3 Blue Medallion Location
Inside the small cabin to the west, on the roof.
Farm 4 Blue Medallion Location
On the top floor of the locked barn in the east, hanging from the window.
Farm 5 Blue Medallion Location
Hanging on the stairs behind the Shrine of the Way in the north.
Resident Evil 4 Blue Medallion Locations in Fish Farm, Quarry, and the Dock
Area: Quarry to Fish Farm.
Reward: Spinel x4.
The ‘Destroy the Blue Medallions 2’ request is collected from a wall just before the quarry.
There are five medallions that you must destroy to complete this Request. Here’s where to find all the blue medallions in the Fish Farm, Quarry, and Dock in Resident Evil 4:
Location of the blue quarry medallion.
High above the northern exit of the Quarry.
Blue Pier Medallion Location
Under the dock floor.
Fish Farm 1 Blue Medallion Location
Hanging inside the first cabin in the east.
Fish Farm 2 Blue Medallion Location
Hanging from a gap in the boards of the south wall.
Fish Farm 3 Blue Medallion Location
Found hanging under the wooden path in the north, beyond the lasers.
Resident Evil 4 Blue Medallion Locations in Castle Gate
Area: Castle Gate.
Reward: Spinel x5.
We don’t actually know the exact location where the ‘Destroy the Blue Medallions 3’ request is collected, since we destroyed them before finding it, but it is most likely next to the door just before entering the castle, or near the merchant inside the door. .
There are six medallions that you must destroy to complete this Request. Here’s where to find all the blue medallions in Castle Gate in Resident Evil 4:
Castle Gate 1 Blue Medallion Location
In the window above the ruined building you encounter the enemy with the parasite on top of the castle gate. There is a locked door in this building to indicate that it is the correct one.
Castle Gate 2 Blue Medallion Location
In the window of the small round structure next to where the cannon rises, across the bridge from the location of the first blue medallion.
Castle Gate 3 Blue Medallion Location
You can see this blue medallion as you look north from the location of the second blue medallion, where the cannon is elevated. It’s high up, hanging from the castle, so you may want to use a scoped rifle to destroy it.
Castle Gate 4 Blue Medallion Location
Hanging over the area, you jump and lift the cannon, below the second and third blue medallion locations.
Castle Gate 5 Blue Medallion Location
We get this blue medallion by climbing the ladder after raising the cannon and looking to the left. It is hanging from the tower to the right of the spiral steps.
Castle Gate 6 Blue Medallion Location
The last blue medallion is located next to the treasure box, which is near the ruined building with the parasite enemy and the first blue medallion. However, you must take the long way and climb the ladder next to the cannon room to reach this medallion, unless you have already opened the door to the ruined building.

Resident Evil 4 Blue Medallion Locations in the Great Hall, Dining Room, Armory, and Gallery
Area: Great Hall (and adjoining rooms).
Reward: Spinel x5.
The merchant picks up the request ‘Destroy the Blue Medallions 4’ from a table in the Great Hall.
There are six medallions that you must destroy to complete this Request. Here’s where to find all the blue medallions in the Great Hall, Dining Room, Armory, and Gallery in Resident Evil 4:
Great Hall 1 Blue Medallion Location
Hanging on the right side at the beginning of the Great Hall, after entering the Courtyard.
Great Hall 2 Blue Medallion Location
Go up the stairs, to the east of the Great Hall, hanging from the balcony behind the statue.
Great Hall 3 Blue Medallion Location
This Great Hall medallion is actually very difficult to spot, as it is inside the chandelier at the top of the Great Hall. It looks like one of the light bulbs, so look for one with a slight blue glow.
Dining Room Blue Medallion Location
Hidden behind a curtain at the back of the Dining Room.
Armory Blue Medallion Location
The top floor of the Armory, hanging on the south side.
Location of the blue medallion in the gallery.
On the ground floor, next to a pillar to the south.
Resident Evil 4 Blue Medallion Locations at Cargo Depot
Area: Cargo Depot.
Reward: Spinel x5.
The ‘Destroy Blue Medallions 5’ request is collected on a wall in front of the merchant, just north of Facility Storage 1. You will only be able to obtain it after finding the Level 3 Keycard and rescuing Ashley from her cell.
There are five medallions that you must destroy to complete this Request. Here’s where to find all the blue medallions at Cargo Depot in Resident Evil 4:
Cargo Depot 1 Blue Medallion Location
It is located underneath the east Cargo Depot as you enter from the south side, near the cliffs on the edge.
Cargo Depot 2 Blue Medallion Location
On the lower floor of the Cargo Depot, on the north side, above some square cages.
Cargo Depot 3 Blue Medallion Location
Also on the ground floor, but on the south side, between two shipping containers.
Cargo Depot 4 Blue Medallion Location
This blue medallion hangs high above the cargo bay, above the south entrance to Facility 1 Storage. If you stand exactly where we are in the map image below and look south, you will be able to see it.
Cargo Depot 5 Blue Medallion Location
Another hard one to find, but if you stand on top of the stairs leading to Facility 2 and look to the southeast, you’ll see this blue Cargo Depot medallion hanging from a circular structure.
Resident Evil 4 Blue Medallion Locations in Cliffside Ruins
Area: Cliff Ruins.
Reward: Spinel x5.
The ‘Destroy the Blue Medallions 6’ request is the final Blue Medallion side quest in Resident Evil 4. It is collected from the wall leading out of Cliffside Ruins, to the south.
There are five medallions that you must destroy to complete this Final Medallion Request. Here’s where to find all the blue medallions in Cliffside Ruins in Resident Evil 4:
Cliffside Ruins 1 Blue Medallion Location
Go back from where you picked up the application and look to the right. The blue medallion hangs from a scaffold.
Cliffside Ruins 2 Blue Medallion Location
You can get this blue medallion from the ground floor or go down the stairs. It is hanging in the ruins near a treasure to the north.
Cliffside Ruins 3 Blue Medallion Location
Go down the ladder to where the treasure is and look north through a gap in the ruins to see this medallion in front of you.
Cliffside Ruins 4 Blue Medallion Location
You have to get a good angle to see this blue medallion, so stay in the area under the ladder, near the treasure, and stand in the same spot where we are in the map image below. You will then see this Cliffside Ruins medallion hanging from the tower above you if you look to the southwest.
Cliffside Ruins 5 Blue Medallion Location
We actually had a hard time finding this medallion, as we couldn’t determine what floor it was supposed to be on.
The last blue medallion in Cliffside Ruins is behind the ladder leading to the treasure. Move further to the left if you can’t see it right away.
