Pokémon Go Thanksgiving Event: When does it end?
The Double XP Thanksgiving event began on Wednesday, November 23 and will end a week later on Wednesday, November 30, at the following times:
- United Kingdom: 00:01 (BST)
- Europe: 01:01 (CEST)
- US East Coast: 7:01 p.m. (EDT, Tuesday, November 29)
- US West Coast: 16:01 am (PDT, Tuesday, November 29)
It’s worth mentioning that the Halloween event actually took place a few days later than scheduled, so there’s a chance this could go overboard as well. But don’t count: get those XP boosts while you can!
Pokémon Go Thanksgiving Event: What you need to know
The event essentially does two things:

- Double XP

Whether with or without a Lucky Egg, you’ll want to catch and evolve as many Pokémon as you can during the period, especially if they’re new to the now 1000 XP (or with a Lucky Egg, 2000 XP bonus), as well as spinning a PokeStop every days to get the improved daily bonus.
