Pokémon Go Prime Gaming Rewards for August 2023
As part of a special Go Fest collaboration, the current Pokémon Go Prime Gaming reward for August 2023 is the limited-time Partner Research: Amazon Prime Gaming quest.
This quest provides the following rewards:

How to redeem Prime Gaming codes for Pokémon Go
To get Prime Gaming rewards in Pokémon Go, you must first make sure you have an active Amazon Prime membership, then claim your code on the Prime Gaming website and redeem it. You’ll even earn Pokémon Go Prime Gaming rewards if you just have a free trial of the subscription service!
Once you’re sure you’re subscribed to Amazon Prime and your payment option is up to date, here are the steps all Trainers can take to redeem Prime Gaming codes for Pokémon Go:
- Visit the official Niantic Rewards website.
- Sign in with the Google, Facebook, or Niantic Kids login linked to your account.
- Go to the Pokémon Go section of the Prime Gaming website.
- Sign in to your Amazon account (upper right corner).
- Select the current active package.
- Copy your unique code and paste it on the official Niantic rewards website and click “Submit”.
- Sign in to Pokémon Go and tap “OK” when a pop-up screen appears to get your free rewards!
It’s important to note that you can’t log into the official Niantic rewards website with an Apple or Pokémon Trainer Club login, if that’s how you normally log into the game. You’ll need to link a Google, Facebook, or Niantic Kids account to Pokémon Go in order to redeem your Prime Gaming rewards this way.
Alternatively, Android users can use the following method to redeem their Prime Gaming rewards in Pokémon Go:
- Go to the Pokémon Go section of the Prime Gaming website.
- Sign in to your Amazon account (upper right corner).
- Select the current active package.
- Open Pokémon Go and select the Poké Ball menu in the middle, then tap the Shop icon.
- Scroll to the bottom of the store and enter your unique code under “Promotions,” then tap “Redeem” for free rewards.
Using the above method is a good way to avoid the cumbersome account linking prerequisites for logging into the redemption website, but unfortunately it’s not available for iOS users. Whichever method you use, you have “five business days” after the rewards update to redeem your code and get your rewards.
If you have any trouble claiming your rewards, please remember to make sure your Amazon account has an active Prime subscription and your default payment option hasn’t expired.
The Hidden Gems Season is coming to an end. Before it ends, try to finish the special research missions Fascinating Facets and Sky High. You can also complete a route and fight in Go Battle League. Be sure to compete in Shadow Raids, use Daily Adventure Incense for a chance to run into Galarian Articuno, Galarian Zapdos, and Galarian Moltres. This incense can also give you encounters with other rare Pokémon in Pokémon Go.
