Steps and rewards of the ‘Pidgey Pandemonium’ mission in Pokémon Go
Below you will find the quest steps and rewards for Pidgey Pandemonium, the special research quest for April Fools’ Day 2023 in Pokémon Go.
Since this quest is a little April Fool’s Day prank, you can only collect it between 3:00 pm and 11:59 pm (local time) on Saturday, April 1, 2023. Because it is a special research mission , once unlocked, you can complete Pidgey Pandemonium. whenever you want.

‘Pidgey Pandemonium’ Step 1 of 2
- Catch 10 Pokémon – 25 Poké Balls
- Transfer 10 Pokémon – 5 Potions
- Make 5 good throws: 5 Nanab Berries
Rewards: 1000 Stardust, 5 Razz Berries, and an encounter with Pidgey

- Claim Reward: 10 Ultra Balls

Be sure to compete in Shadow Raids, complete routes, use Daily Adventure Incense for a chance to encounter Galarian Articuno, Galarian Zapdos, and Galarian Moltres. This incense can also give you encounters with other rare Pokémon in Pokémon Go.
Everything you need to know about the Pidgey Pandemonium event in Pokémon Go
Pidgey Pandemonium is the 2023 April Fool’s event in Pokémon Go and for this reason, it will only take place between 1 pm and 7 pm (local time) on Saturday, April 1.
It is important to note that the special research mission mentioned above will be available between 3:00 pm and 11:59 pm (local time) on the same day.
As the same suggests, this event will make Pidgey flock to Pokémon Go and its spawn rate will increase considerably. You’ll also have a better chance of finding Pidgey XXS and XXL during this event.
Aside from this, the event includes the aforementioned Pidgey Pandemonium special research quest and an event-exclusive field research task: transfer 3 Pokémon to be rewarded with a Pidgey encounter or 3 Poké Balls.
