Pokémon Go Fest 2020 Puzzle Explained
The Pokémon Go Fest 2020 puzzle consists of 13 clues that will be released from Thursday, July 16 to Wednesday, July 22.
Originally, the puzzle was going to have 14 clues, but on Tuesday, July 21, Niantic announced that it would be shortened to 12 clues, with the last one releasing on Wednesday, July 22.
This was then increased to 13 tracks when, on a Wednesday, July 22, Niantic revealed that they had accidentally skipped a track. This missing clue would be placed at the number six, shifting each digit of the code after this number forward by one. This also resulted in the deadline for the final clue being moved to Thursday, July 23.

Each track is assigned a specific number in a 13-character code. This means that track six, for example, will give you the sixth character of the code.
To find out which character you need, you must first solve the assigned clue. Once you have the answer, take the first character of this solution and place it in the correctly numbered place in the code.
Once you’ve solved all 13 clues, you’ll have a promo code that you can redeem for an in-game prize.
Answer code for Pokémon Go Fest 2020 puzzle
The full promo code for the Pokémon Go Fest 2020 puzzle is: UBCJL9X6RC47A.
Unfortunately, if you want to receive the puzzle prizes, you must be one of the first players to redeem the code after the final clue is released. This fact was discovered by users of The Silph Road reddit.
If you were one of the lucky players who could redeem the code, you would receive x2 Premium Battle Passes, x2 Super Incubators, x2 Incense, x2 Star Pieces, x30 Poké Balls, x10 Hyper Potions and x2 Lucky Eggs.
Niantic, however, has released an additional code that anyone can use, 5PTHMZ3AZM5QC, which will reward you with x10 Ultra Balls, x10 Max Revives, and a Sinnoh Stone.
This promo code has a deadline of Monday, July 27 at 5 pm local time, which is the day after the end of Pokémon Go Fest 2020.

How to claim your reward for completing the Pokémon Go Fest 2020 puzzle
Once you have the solution to the Pokémon Go Fest 2020 puzzle or are using the second promo code provided by Niantic, it’s time to head to the rewards page at Niantic Labs.
There you will need to log in to your Pokémon Go account and then submit the puzzle code.
Just be careful: if you enter the wrong code too many times, you will be temporarily blocked from entering any more.
However, don’t worry too much if this happens, because this ban will be lifted shortly.
