Cloned Pokémon arrived in Pokémon Go as part of Pokémon Day 2020 celebrations and the release of Pokémon: Mewtwo Strikes Back – Evolution on Netflix.
Like Alola Pokémon and Galarian Weezing, Clone Pokémon are a new type of Pokémon form that differs aesthetically from the usual Pokémon you can catch.
Currently, only five cloned Pokémon have been released in Pokémon Go, including Clone Pikachu and Clone Charizard, although according to the anime, there are many more that could arrive one day if Niantic so decides.

Clone Pokémon in Pokémon Go explained
Clone Pokémon first appeared in the movie Pokémon: Mewtwo Strikes Back as creatures created by Mewtwo.
Despite being called Clones, each of these Pokémon looks slightly different from the originals. For example, Charizard has a series of dark orange stripes, while Pikachu has a pattern of spikes around the tips of its ears.
Currently, only four of these cloned Pokémon have been released in Pokémon Go. Still, this is the first time any of the cloned Pokémon have appeared in a Pokémon game, making it a major event.
What makes Clone Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise worth catching is that they each know an attack that, previously, they could only learn on their assigned Community Days. This makes them a great addition to any Pokémon group, especially if you want to compete in any of the Battle Leagues.

The cloned Pokémon will be available in Pokémon Go between Tuesday, February 25 and Monday, March 2, with a start and end time of 9:00 pm (GMT) and 1:00 pm (PST).
These five clone Pokémon were released as part of the 2020 Pokémon Day celebrations, but maybe, if we’re lucky, they’ll show up again during other events. Maybe they’ll even be accompanied by new Clone Pokémon…
How to find cloned Pokémon in Pokémon Go:

In addition to the above, the previously released Armored Mewtwo will also respawn in raids for the duration.

We have already seen a tribute to this film in Pokémon Go: Armored Mewtwo.
This special version of Mewtwo wears that armor that Giovanni convinces them to wear, and which, they tell Mewtwo, will help them control their powers. This tactic ultimately does not work well for Giovanni.
