Pokémon Go - Bidoof Breakout event: Research tasks and Catch XP bonuses explained

In the Bidoof Breakout event, Bidoof invades Pokémon Go en masse. (Take that Team Go Rocket!)

During this event, you’ll be able to teach Bidoof a variety of moves he can’t normally use, but best of all, it includes a bonus Capture XP that will increase during the escape.

There will also be a variety of Bidoof-themed field research tasks that you can collect by spinning PokéStops, which could help you find the newly released shiny Bidoof.

Keep an eye out for the event, because there’s a hint that something special will happen on Monday, June 28!
