The theme of National Science Day 2023 was introduced on January 10, 2023 by Dr. Jitendra Singh, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science.
Every year on February 28, National Science Day is celebrated to commemorate the discovery of the “Raman Effect” by CV Raman on February 28, 1928. Sir Raman received the Nobel Prize in Physics.
