Modern Warfare’s Kyle is a new operator introduced alongside Season 4.
Kyle, also known as Gaz, appears to be headlining the season alongside Captain Price as an operator, thanks to a cutscene where players begin the game once Season 4 arrives.
However, unlike Captain Price, who unlocks as soon as you purchase the Season 1 Battle Pass, Kyle is missing when you navigate through all the levels.
Simply put, Kyle is not in Modern Warfare right now, but he will be available at some point during the course of Season 4.

How to get Kyle in Modern Warfare: Warzone explained
Kyle, also known as Gaz in the Modern Warfare campaign, is an Allegiance operator, who is at the bottom of the ‘SAS’ group after Captain Price.
The game will tell you that to unlock Kyle, you must “Unlock him by purchasing the ‘Kyle Operator Pack’ in the Store.”
The Shop, if you haven’t found it yet, is at the bottom of the Multiplayer menu. However, if you check each entry, you will notice that Kyle is not there.
As of this writing, Kyle is not available in Modern Warfare. However, he will eventually be available in the Store later sometime this season.
This is similar to how Nikto debuted in the first season of Modern Warfare, which was a featured skin that wasn’t available to purchase right away.

When will Kyle be available in Modern Warfare?
Kyle’s release date is currently unknown, but to narrow it down littleSeason 4 ends in early August, so expect Kyle to appear before then.
With Kyle’s prominence in the Season 4 opening cinematic, we suspect it’ll be obvious when he’s on sale in the Store, so keep checking back regularly.
