Theme of International Yoga Day 2023
International Yoga Day 2023 will be celebrated with the official theme, “Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”, which also represents “One Earth, One Family, One Future”. This theme emphasizes the healthy being of each individual regardless of any discrimination with the regular practice of Yoga.
“Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” is a Sanskrit phrase that can be translated as “the world is one family” or “the entire world is one family.” It is derived from ancient Indian scriptures known as Maha Upanishads.
