International Day of Happiness 2023: Happiness is believed to be a universal aspiration in everyone’s life and is a fundamental human right and goal for everyone. Therefore, the United Nations established March 20 as the annual International Day of Happiness, and adopted a resolution calling for greater priority to be given to happiness. Now, the day has become a global campaign. The day has been celebrated since 2013 to make people aware of the importance of happiness in their lives.
It has been initiated by the United Nations by including the Right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness in Domestic Human Rights Law. The idea of making the day an international day was initiated by Bhutan.

International Day of Happiness 2023: Importance
The day recognizes the importance of happiness and well-being as universal goals and aspirations in the lives of people around the world. It also means a more inclusive, equitable and balanced approach to economic growth that promotes sustainable development, poverty eradication, happiness and well-being for all people.
About 2,000 years ago, the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle said, “Happiness is the meaning and purpose of life, the goal and end of human existence.” It’s still true today.
Happiness is the experience of positive emotions, including contentment, contentment, and contentment. Some research shows that being happier not only makes you feel better, but also has a number of potential health benefits.
