While increasing your Trailblaze level is something that happens quite naturally as you play, there’s a lot of content in Honkai: Star Rail locked behind this system. Therefore, it is necessary to level up your Trailblaze to enjoy the entire game.

How to increase Trailblaze level in Honkai Star Rail
When it comes to increasing your Trailblaze level, you need to earn Trailblaze Experience Points, and while you actually need a lot to level up, there are a wide variety of activities that reward you with Trailblaze Experience Points upon completion.
Your main source of Trailblaze Experience points are in-game missions. From Trailblaze missions to adventure missions, they all give you at least some experience points. Some of the main quests in the game can give you up to 1000 experience points, so completing them is extremely important.
Exploration is also useful when searching for more Trailblaze Experience points. As you progress through the missions and explore the maps, you can find normal chests or precious treasures. Upon opening them, you will be rewarded with some experience.
Another great consistent source of Trailblaze experience points is daily training. This is a daily quest system that you unlock as you progress through the story in Jarilo-VI. Each day, Daily Training gives you the chance to earn up to 1,000 Trailblaze Experience Points. All you have to do is complete enough missions to reach 500 activity points.
You can now earn Trailblaze Experience points with other activities, but they are not as functional as these first ones. First, upon completing a world in the Simulated Universe for the first time, you will be rewarded with Trailblaze Experience points. And when you complete the Operation Briefing missions, you’ll also receive some Trailblaze experience points. The downside to these two activities is the fact that you cannot repeat them to accumulate points.
Lastly, you can go and take on some battles in a Calyx, which is a system used to accumulate money or character experience points. By doing this activity, you can earn some Trailblaze Experience points.

Trailblaze Tier Rewards List – What you earn for reaching each Trailblaze Tier in Honkai Star Rail
At the time of writing this guide, Trailblaze’s level cap is 70, and by going through the levels, you get different rewards, from Stellar Jades to relic sets.
The Trailblaze level progression system requires you to complete the Trial of Balance, which involves fighting strong enemies, once you reach levels 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and 65 to not only keep leveling up your Trailblaze level but also increase the level of balance.
In Honkai: Star Rail, the balance level affects the difficulty of the game, making enemies stronger. At the same time, it also increases the rank of relics and items you drop by completing in-game activities.
Unlike other Hoyoverse games, you cannot lower the balance level. At the time of writing this guide, the maximum balance level in Honkai: Star Rail is 7.
After leveling up your Trailblaze level, you can go see Pom-Pom in the lounge cart and ask him, “How’s my Trailblaze level?” and claim the rewards.
