How to get Well-done Steak and complete Elder Fugen's Errand in Monster Hunter Rise

How to get a well-done steak in Monster Hunter Rise is part of an early request for the game.

Elder Fugen’s Errand is one of the first of this type of side quest encounters, in which villagers request certain items or complete specific tasks on their journeys.

Unlike most other Requests, this requires an item that you can find inside the center of the village and acts as a sort of tutorial for the Cantina and food preparation.

How to get a well-done steak in Monster Hunter Rise for Elder Fugen’s errand explained

Once you’ve picked up Elder Fugen’s message, it’s time to get a well-done steak by visiting the cantina.

The Cantina is inside the center of town, just down the Elder’s stairs and to the right, right next to Yomogi the Chef.

Select the Canteen button prompt when it appears, then Motley Mix from the menu.

Here are a variety of items you can deliver, which are then prepared and turned into other types of food. At the top should be the red meat, which will roast into a well-done steak, as shown in the window on the right.

Confirm this: you only need to order one and paying with money or points is fine, and you will get the steak well done.
