How to Get the Hisuain Growlithe Kimono Set and Baneful Fox Mask Bonuses in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Before you try to download the Hisuain Growlithe Kimono Set and Baneful Fox Mask in Pokémon Legends Arceus, there are three facts you should keep in mind.
The first is that both items will only be available until Monday, May 9, 2022 at the following times:
- United Kingdom – 12:59 am (BST)
- Europe – 01:59 (CEST)
- US East Coast – 7:59 pm (EDT)
- US West Coast – 4:59 pm (PDT)
After this time, these items will no longer be available, so whether you want to use them or just have them in your collection, be sure to complete the download before this date.

Secondly, you’ll need an internet connection to get the Hisuain Growlithe Kimono Set and Baneful Fox Mask. However, you don’t need a Nintendo Switch Online membership.

Finally, you need to unlock the Mystery Gift feature in Legends: Arceus, which will occur approximately two hours into the game’s main campaign.
Once you’ve unlocked Mystery Gift, open it and select “Get over the Internet.” Now you will only have to follow the instructions that appear on the screen and, after a short waiting time, you will have downloaded these cosmetic items.
Now you simply have to visit the tailor in Jubilife Village to equip the Hisuain Growlithe Kimono Set and the Baneful Fox Mask.

How to get the Heavy Ball bonus in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
If you purchased the digital version of Pokémon Legends: Arceus on the Nintendo eShop, you will receive a code for 30 Heavy Balls.
However, to get this code, you must purchase the game before Monday, May 9, 2022 at the following times:
- United Kingdom – 12:59 am (BST)
- Europe – 01:59 (CEST)
- US East Coast – 7:59 pm (EDT)
- US West Coast – 4:59 pm (PDT)
This code will be valid until Monday, May 16, 2022 at the same times indicated above.
Heavy Balls are most effective against Pokémon that haven’t noticed you yet.
To download Heavy Balls, you must unlock the Mystery Gift feature, which occurs approximately two hours after starting the game. Using Mystery Gift requires an internet connection, but you don’t need a Nintendo Switch Online membership.
When you’re ready to receive the Heavy Balls, open the Mystery Gift feature and select “Get with code/password.” You will then need to enter your unique code and, after a short wait, the Heavy Balls will arrive.
