Cece’s Secret is a side quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom that is part of the Mayor Election side quests in Hateno Village. As she is potentially the next mayor of Hateno, Cece’s sister is worried that Cece’s disappearance every night could cause problems. Then her sister asks Link to follow her.
This is a fairly relaxed Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom mission, there are no monsters to fight, no mountains to climb, you just have to be stealthy. This can be a challenge in itself, but if you use your scope and know where Cece is going, you don’t really need to follow her that closely.

How to start Cece’s secret mission in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
To unlock the Cece’s Secret side quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you must first have started and completed either the Team Cece or Team Reede quest. Once you’ve done this, you’ll need to go see Cece’s sister, Sophia, outside Cece’s shop during the day. If you visit her at night and she is inside the store, she will not talk to you.

The coordinates of Cece’s store are (3358, -2135, 0120) and we have marked its exact location on the map below.

Sophie will tell you that Cece disappears at night and that she wants you to follow her to see where she goes. Now, we use our Yiga Armor set for this because it increases your stealth, but you can swallow an elixir or just try to follow Cece without any of that.
How to follow Cece in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
Cece will leave her tent at night and die at 10:00 p.m. There are probably numerous ways to follow her without being seen, but this is the way we did it.
At around 9 pm, stand on the opposite side of the road from Carrot Patch, near Cece’s store, and use your scope to watch the doorway to Cece’s store.

Finally, at 10 pm, he will leave and slowly start to cross the street.

When he’s on the opposite side of the path to his shop, slowly head towards Carrot Patch and then continue using your scope to see where he’s going. In a moment, he will stop and look around. Don’t move at this point. You will eventually start walking again and end up at the tall silo that is right in front of your store.

Don’t go in the front door to follow her! Instead, head under the wooden balcony that is quite high up on the side of the silo closest to the general store at (3380, -2163, 0131).

Use Ascend to jump across the wooden platform and then crouch down and head through the small opening here. Once Link is inside, a short cutscene will appear. Follow what’s going on here and then report to Sophia, who is usually still outside the store.
After telling her what happened, Sophie will reward you with 10 Ironshrooms.
