Opening chests at Steel Farm is the first challenge for the Big Mouth Punch Card in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8.
If you want to start this punch card quest, you must first visit Big Mouth’s location and after talking to him, travel to the Steel Farm location to start opening chests.
Completing each Big Mouth Punch Card Challenge will reward you with 30,000 XP, which will help you unlock more Battle Stars for the Season 8 Battle Pass.
Please note that this particular challenge can no longer be completed. What’s new? Chapter 4 Season 2 has arrived! New additions include Grind Rails and Kinetic Blades, along with the new Battle Pass, character collection, and Eren Jaeger skin. It’s a good idea to know how to get XP quickly in Fortnite.

Big Mouth Location and Questline Explained
If you want to complete Big Mouth’s quest line, you must first talk to him at the Pizza Pit restaurant, which is located north of Corny Crops.

Once you’re in this area, Big Mouth should be easy to find, as he often hangs out inside the Pizza Pit. Simply talk to him and select the option to start his questline.

Here are all the challenges, along with the XP you’ll receive, for the Big Mouth quest punch card:
- Open chests in Steel Farm (2) – 30k XP
- Find an ice machine – 30k XP
- Open Ammo Boxes in Dirty Docks (2) – 30,000 XP
- Buy a health item from a repair machine: 30,000 XP
- Find a supply drop: 30,000 XP

Steel Farm location and chests in Fortnite explained
Finding the Steel Farm location on the Fortnite map can be quite difficult if you’ve never visited it before, because it is a landmark and therefore does not appear as a named location.
Fortunately, the Steel Farm is pretty easy to find: just head to the island directly east of Corny Corps and there, at the northern end, you’ll find the Steel Farm.

When searching for chests within Steel Farm, it is important to remember that other players may open chests first and not all chests appear in every match. This means that while you may find a chest under the stairs of the Steel Farm in one match, it may not be there in another.
Here are the locations of three chests we found in Steel Farm:
- Under the stairs
- In the tower, you will have to destroy a wall to reach it.
- In the second floor attic, you will have to build stairs and destroy the ceiling to reach it.
Remember to listen for the sound of the chest glowing, because this will tell you if there is one nearby!
If you are having trouble completing this challenge, we recommend visiting the Steel Farm at the beginning of a match to ensure you are the first to visit the location.
