However, finding the entrance to the secret door location in Fortnite is only one step in this quest, as you will need to visit a few more areas in Shuffled Shrines to solve the puzzle that opens the door beyond the main chamber and the secret. . door inside it.

Fortnite Shuffled Shrines Secret Door Location Explained
To reach the main chamber and locate the secret door in Shuffled Shrines in Fortnite, you must first solve the rune symbol puzzle in front of the main chamber door. This involves exploring the area around Shuffled Shrines for four rune symbols.
You should take note of the symbols that appear on the stone runes, moving from west to east, if you look at the map. Fortunately, the runes are always located in the exact same area every game. However, the symbols that appear on the runes are different each game, meaning that the solution to the puzzle to access the secret door location will change each time you start a new game.
Additionally, like Logjam Lotus, the structures around Shuffled Shrines can change between games. This will change how you get to the location of the stone runes, but will not change where they are located. We had two structure changes while exploring Shuffled Shrines, but there could be more.
Fortnite Shuffled Shrines Rune Symbol Locations
To open the main chamber door and locate the secret door, you must find four rune symbols around the Shuffled Shrines and match their symbols to the rune puzzle outside the main chamber door.
As mentioned above, the correct symbols will change each match, so you need to take note of the correct puzzle solution each time you want to open the door to the main chamber and find the secret door.
Below you will find locations on the maps and what the general area around the four stone runes looks like, but remember, our symbols will not be the same as yours.
Rune Symbol Location 1
The first rune symbol you’ll want to look out for is found in the southwest area of Shuffled Shrines, in the lower area of the temple ruins. If you look at your map, it is between the left and center petals under the purple tree symbol.
We find two entrances above this location, depending on the structures that were generated in Shuffled Shrines. One was a small hole in the ground with an ascender leading downwards, and the other led through a stone door.
Regardless of how you go down, the rune will be on the ground in its own niche. Take note of the symbol and then exit this underground structure.
The first symbol you must find to access and locate the secret door.
Rune Symbol 2 Location
From the location of the first rune symbol, head north and climb the small hill. If you look at your map, the location of the second rune symbol is northwest of Shuffled Shrines, near the inward curve of the purple tree symbol.
The second symbol you must enter to solve the puzzle in the main chamber.
Depending on the design you get, the rune symbol will be on the ground, in a corner of a stone building, or outdoors, near a damaged wall. You’ll know you’re close if you can see a reset van in the distance.
Take note of your rune symbol and then head to the northern area of Shuffled Shrines.
Rune Symbol 3 Location
The third rune symbol is located in the northern area of Shuffled Shrines, at the top of the hill. It’s right after the second rune and a reset van.
Go through the reset van to find the location of the third rune symbol.
Our rune was located on the ground near a red shelter in the two Shuffled Shrines layouts we found. When you get there, take note of your symbol and then jump to the wooden pens below.
Rune Symbol 4 Location
The fourth and final rune is located northeast of Shuffled Shrines, on the ground inside one of the wooden corrals in the lower area.
The last rune symbol you must enter in the main chamber to gain access to the secret door.
The general area of the pens should look the same, but the structures around the rune could change. Take note of your final symbol and now that you know all four, it’s time to enter the correct puzzle solution and gain access to the main chamber and secret door location!

How to find the secret door beyond the main chamber in Shuffled Shrines in Fortnite
Once you know all the correct rune symbols, you can spin the runes outside the main temple chamber in Shuffled Shrines to solve the puzzle.
The main chamber where you must enter to solve the puzzle is located in the middle of Shuffled Shrines, on the bottom level of the map. If you look at the map, it is right above the trunk of the purple tree symbol.
You must spin the runes and enter the symbols you found in the same order as the locations listed above. So the rune on the left in the main chamber will be the first location of the rune symbol you found above, in the southwest area of the map. The rune next to it will be the second symbol you will find in the north of Shuffled Shrines, at the top of the hill, and so on with the other two symbols.
If you have turned the runes into their correct symbol, the door to the main chamber will open in front of you. Walk to the back of this corridor and pick up the golden relic to get some gold bars, but be careful of the dark-colored slabs below you: they will trigger traps in the corridor and could kill you if you are low on health.
Go to the right of the golden relic and go through the small entrance in the wall, then head towards the green plants next to a damaged wall in this small area. Destroy the plant-covered wall to locate the secret door beyond the main chamber in Shuffled Shrines. There will be two rare chests behind this wall every time you destroy it.
Destroy the wall located to the right of the golden relic to complete this Indiana Jones mission.
You’ll get the Indy’s Dustoff emote for doing this the first time, but you can repeat the process if you want to open two rare chests during a match again.
