Fortnite Mini-Pufts is one of the quests in the Containment Specialist quest line.
In addition to the seismograph locations, you’ll need to find small versions of Stay Puft Mashmallow Man that are grouped together in three locations: Sludgy Swamp, Lazy Lake, or Retail Row.
Fortunately, you only need to visit one of these locations, as they will all feature several Mini-Pufts, you can exterminate all three in a single visit.

Fortnite Mini-Puft Locations in Sludgy Swamp
The Mini-Puft locations in Sludgy Swamp are located right next to the center of the location, inside a corner building; If you see the location as a giant L, the inside corner is where you should visit:
Head inside the building and on the ground floor there is a counter, with the Mini-Pufts between several boxes.
Exterminate three with your ax and the mission will be over.
Fortnite Mini-Puft Locations in Retail Row
Retail Row Mini-Puft locations are located in the southeast of the location, in McGuffins:
Enter the store from the right side and you will see the Mini-Pufts around the shelves and counter.
Hit three with your pickaxe and the mission is complete.

Fortnite Mini-Puft Locations in Lazy Lake
The Mini-Puft locations in Lazy Lake are located in the southeast of the location, with the house that has a pool outside:
In this patio you will see a barbecue area at the south end. This is where you will find the Mini-Pufts.
Exterminate three with your ax and the mission will be finished. Once you’ve found mechanical parts, you’ll need to deploy a ghost trap.
