Completing the Ferrari 296 GTB time trials is one of the epic missions in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7.
This challenge is only available during Week 7 of this season, joining the epic missions that involve the task of defeating Riot.
To complete it, you will have to get the Ferrari in the game and complete a fairly complicated racing circuit in a limited time. There are three possible places you can start this, but as you might expect, juggling this task with other players in Battle Royale isn’t all that easy.
Completing this Fortnite challenge will help you level up and unlock more Battle Stars for Season 7 Battle Pass skins.

How to complete the Ferrari 296 GTB time trials in Fortnite explained
Changing things up in Fortnite after weeks of focusing primarily on the alien invasion, a time-based event involving the Ferrari 296 GTB is now present in the game. And it’s funny!
However, managing to grab the car is a completely different story, especially if you play Solos. Other players will also try to complete the quest on their end, so it becomes a first-come, first-served type scenario fairly quickly.
To start, the time trials themselves are located in the following three places:
Time trials are located near Holly Hatchery, Weeping Woods and Lazy Lake.
You’ll know you’re in the right place when you see a floating blue arrow. This indicates where the time trial begins. You can choose any of the three locations, as you only need to complete the test once.
But how about the car? Well, the Ferrari can be found on the map, but spawn points are not guaranteed. However, where they are really guaranteed is near time trials.
In Lazy Lake, the car can be found inside the area, next to a garage located near the northwest corner.
There is another one south of Weeping Woods, right at the road intersection next to the gas station.
We recommend focusing on the second location first: Lazy Lake was a good alternative, but the third location near Holly Hatchery is permanently full of other players.
Of course, we highly recommend that you land in these locations from the battle bus. Be sure to take a look at the area as you descend and land on the side of the car to enter as quickly as possible.
Now inside, all you have to do is take the car to the blue floating icon and the time trial will begin.
Similar icons will appear in front of you, each of which indicates a timer. The task is to overcome them all before time runs out. The track isn’t exactly long and considering how fast the car is, it shouldn’t be a problem to complete it.
While that’s it for this challenge, there are two other epic missions related to the Ferrari 296 GTB that you need to complete after the test.
One asks you to drive at full speed, which you can do by simply driving without hitting anything for a couple of seconds. The other will have you driving through the storm, which simply means being in the car when the storm approaches you.
