Final Fantasy 16 Pandemonium Location

Pandemonium is unlocked on the hunt board during the main quest ‘Footfalls in Ash’, which is near the end of the story.

Once you’ve unlocked it, Pandemonium is located in Wolfdarr in Waloed, which is northwest of The Shadow Coast and southwest of The Angry Gap. Fast travel to the Shadow Coast Obelisk and head up the only path to the quickest route to Pandemonium.

Here is a map image showing exactly where to find Pandemonium:

Before taking on Pandemonium, we recommend saving just before the fight starts so you can reload it from this position if you die, instead of respawning at a fast travel point.

We have more tips for dealing with Pandemonium below.

Tips on how to beat Pandemonium in Final Fantasy 16

Pandemonium is a notorious level 45 S-rank brand that teleports and uses AOE (area of effect), auto-block, and lightning attacks. Due to its teleportation and multiple types of deadly attacks, Pandemonium can be a very difficult fight if Clive isn’t of a similar level.

To help you, here are some tips on how to beat Pandemonium in Final Fantasy 16:

  • Use your longer abilities when Pandemonium is using his lightning attack – this ensures you don’t get hit while he unleashes your longer abilities. This is a good opportunity to use Garuda’s Gouge ability to lower Pandemonium’s stagger bar.
  • Use Will-o’-the-Wykes – This fire ability is always good for creating a shield while damaging enemies, and is especially effective against Pandemonium’s auto-target attack.
  • Garuda and Shiva’s abilities are better for stagger damage – Shiva’s Diamond Dust is the best ability to lower the stagger bar quickly, but Gouge and Aerial Blast are great substitutes. We usually pair Diamond Dust with Gouge, but you really only have time to use Gouge during Pandemonium’s beam attack. Aerial Blast is the best option if you’re running low on ability slots, as it follows Pandemonium even after teleporting.

  • Activate Clive’s limit and then unleash abilities when Pandemonium is fully phased. This means you’re dealing even more damage with Clive’s most powerful abilities. Start with the best, as the Limit Break gauge continues to go down even when you’re in the skill animation, so you don’t have much time. We like to use Bahamut’s Gigaflare and Phoenix’s Rising Flames during this time.
  • You can equip skills on other Eikons: If you like more than two of an Eikon’s skills, you can equip them on another Eikon as long as you master the skill, so remember…
  • Respect Is Free: You can redeem any of your skill points for free and use those points to master another skill if you think it will help you more in the fight against Pandemonium.

The rewards for defeating Pandemonium are:

  • Spotted Loincloth x1
  • 15,000 XP
  • 120 skill points
  • 50 renown
  • 20,000 gil

Good luck facing Pandemonium in Final Fantasy 16!
