Destiny 2’s Ralnik Ax is an item you must locate as part of a quest.
As you explore the Moon, you will undertake a variety of ‘Essence’ quests, with a variety of tasks related to the Moon and the Nightmare.
One of them is Essence of Jealousy, which you can collect from the Lectern of Enchantment, and one of the steps is to find Ralnik’s Ax inside the Traitor’s Ketch.
It’s a location that’s not on the map, so you may need some tips on where to find it.

Where to find the Traitor’s Ketch in Destiny 2
First, let’s go to the Traitor’s Ketch, which is a location that is technically visible on the map, but doesn’t actually have a name.
To get there, head southeast from Anchor of Light. There is a giant ship on the map, and it is just as difficult to miss when playing.
Enter and once you have gone through several rooms, you will be in the Traitor’s Ketch.

Where to find Ralnik’s ax in Destiny 2
Once inside the Traitor’s Ketch, finding Ralnik’s Hatch works a little differently compared to other Essence items.
In this room you will have to kill a specific enemy to drop it, called ‘Ralnik’s Blood of Kells’.
It’s a large yellow enemy bar that appears at the far end, just before the door to the next area. Take it down and you’ll pick up Ralnik’s ax immediately.
