There are only four graffiti locations to find this time around, and they’re all located in and around Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty’s exclusive Dogtown area, but they can be difficult to spot, so we’ve detailed all the Tarot card locations. in Phantom. How to start tomorrow you never know in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty
To start Tomorrow Never Knows in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, you need to find one of the four graffiti spots in Dogtown and add it to your collection. You can do this by scanning the graffiti by standing in the right spot with the scanner open, or by pressing the button that appears below the graffiti when you are close enough.

Just keep in mind that to find all four graffiti locations in Dogtown, you must first purchase the Phantom Liberty DLC for Cyberpunk 2077, as neither Dogtown nor the Tomorrow Never Knows quest are available in the base game.
Reward for collecting all Phantom Liberty Tarot cards in Cyberpunk 2077
Like the Fool on the Hill quest, there are no physical rewards for collecting all the Tarot Cards in Phantom Liberty, but you do get another special reading from Misty.
Once you’ve collected all four Tarot Cards in Dogtown, follow up on the Tomorrow Never Knows quest and go with Misty near Bradbury and Buran’s fast travel point in the Watson area, where she’ll check out each of the Tarot Cards. four cards and then offer them to him. This reading is related to the big decision that V must make during the main story of Phantom Liberty, so we recommend collecting all the Tarot Cards before starting the “I’ve Seen That Face Before” quest. Tarot Card: King of Pentacles.
Location: Apartment on Kress Street.
This is probably the first Tarot card you will come across during the Phantom Liberty story, as it is very noticeable right outside the entrance to the Kress Street apartment while you are in the main quest ‘Lucretia My Reflection’.
If you missed it during this mission, you can always fast travel back to Kress Street in the western area of Dogtown, then take the elevator to the top floor apartment to find this Tarot graffiti right outside the door to your hideout.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Tarot Card Location 2
Tarot Card: King of Swords.
Location: Stevedore Stacks.
This Tarot Card location is just north of the Ripperdoc fast travel point and Longshore Stacks in the western area of Dogtown, near your hideout. The Tarot icon will be added to your map during a main quest, but you can find it outside at any point, near a door that connects to The Moth bar in Longshore Stacks.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Tarot Card Location 3
Tarot Card: King of Wands.
Location: Basketball court southwest of Luxor High Wellness Spa.
The third Tarot Card graffiti location is on the wall of a staircase near the basketball court that you naturally arrive at as part of the main Phantom Liberty story. Like all graffiti locations, you can find it at any point, no matter where you are in the story. The quickest way to get there is to fast travel to Luxor High Wellness Spa in the eastern area of Dogtown, then take the path southwest until you find the basketball court.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Tarot Card Location 4
Tarot Card: King of Cups.
Location: Stadium Parking Lot (Pacifica District).
This final Tarot Card location in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is easily overlooked, as it’s available from the start of the DLC while you’re in the ‘Dog Eat Dog’ mission, but you don’t return here after entering Dogtown. The quickest way to get back to the King of Cups Tarot graffiti is to use the Stadium Parking fast travel point at the east end of Pacifica, then go south to find the graffiti on a wall between some spiked metal fences.
