Jesse can wear a variety of outfits while fighting Hiss in Control. This includes the gold suit and the Candidate P7 suit, which looks like pajamas.
Some of the suits, like the Director Suit, are unlocked by completing story missions, but others, like the Gold Suit, can be found by exploring the Federal Bureau of Control.

How to change your outfit in Control
You can only change Jesse’s gaze at the Central Executive Control Point.
Once you’re there, open the Checkpoint menu and head to the Suit option.
This will open the outfit menu, allowing you to see what outfits you’ve unlocked and what Jesse looks like in them.
How to unlock the Asynchronous Suit in Control
You can unlock the Asynchronous Suit by completing the side quest, Self-Reflection.
How to unlock the Director’s Suit in Control
Along with the Office Assistant Suit, the Director Suit is unlocked by completing the final mission in Control: Take Control.
How to unlock the Golden Suit in Control
To unlock the Golden Suit, you must solve the Roulette puzzle in the Department of Luck and Probability.
How to Unlock the Janitor Assistant Uniform in Control
The Janitor Assistant Uniform is unlocked by completing all of Ahti the Janitor’s tasks for you.
The What a Mess quest line will have you burning trash in the oven and talking to plants, all in order to help Ahti go on vacation.
How to Unlock the Candidate P7 Outfit in Control
You can get the Candidate P7 outfit during or after The Face of the Enemy, the seventh mission in Control.
In this mission, you will be tasked with navigating the Prime Candidate Program.
In this apartment, you will find a room labeled P7. Enter and interact with the open closet on the left, just before the white board.
Look in this closet.
Doing so will unlock the Candidate P7 outfit.
How to Unlock the Office Assistant Suit in Control
In addition to the Director Suit, the Office Assistant Suit is unlocked when you complete the final mission in Control: Take Control.
How to Unlock Expedition Team in Control
If you want to unlock Expedition Equipment in Control, you must complete a Level 3 Expedition.
This is done by using the Jukebox in Central Executive and first completing a level 1 and 2 expedition.

What were the launch day and pre-order exclusive outfits in Control?
Control has three sets that were exclusive for pre-order and release day.
If you pre-ordered Control for PS4, Xbox One, or PC, you will have received the Tactical Response Team.

There were also two exclusive launch day outfits for Control players on PS4. These were the Astral Diving Suit and the Urban Response Team.
