Nitro Drifts are new vehicles in Fortnite, added as part of the Chapter 4 Season 2 update. They are also a key part of one of the several seasonal challenges that are available, but you need to do something very specific with this type of vehicle.
Cars and bikes have been a part of Fortnite for a while now, so you probably know that they are a useful but dangerous way to get around. However, the challenge involving Nitro Drifts is a little more complicated than getting from A to B.

Nitro Drift cars are mainly found in and around Mega City, but we have also found some in Frenzy Fields, Steamy Spring, and some in Slappy Shores.

How to drift with Nitro Drift in Fortnite
To complete the weekly challenge, you must destroy 25 objects while traveling in a Nitro Drift vehicle.
To drift your Nitro Drift in Fortnite, you must pay attention to the driving control prompts that appear on the left side of the screen when you enter the vehicle.
At the top of the list, you should see a message and a command for ‘Drift’. Accelerate toward your target, then turn the vehicle while pressing this command and point the rear of the Nitro Drift toward the object.
You want the rear of the vehicle to collide with the target and destroy it while using the ‘drift’ command. We found it’s easiest to target the wooden fences around Frenzy Fields, as they can be destroyed quickly and there are a lot of them in a small area.
Enter and the controls will appear.
