What is WWE?
WWE 2K23, a professional wrestling sports video game developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K Sports, will be released on March 17, 2023 for multiple platforms, including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S . .. Notably, WWE 2K23 is the first game in the series to feature dual entries to the title since WWE 2K14 and includes WarGames as a playable match type. Additionally, after six years of absence, Cody Rhodes will return as a playable character.
Those who pre-order any edition of WWE 2K23 will be able to play as Bad Bunny. The Deluxe Edition includes Early Access, a Season Pass, the MyRISE Mega-Boost Pack, the Supercharger Pack, and MyFaction Cards. The Icon Edition contains all the content from the Deluxe Edition plus the Ruthless Aggression content pack, which includes early versions of John Cena, Batista, Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton, as well as the Icon Edition content pack.

After its tremendous success last season, WWE 2K23 will solidify Visual Concepts’ leadership in the wrestling gaming field. In the coming days, the studio will reveal details about various game modes and features of the new version, including the fighters included in the DLC, which were announced today. Like WWE 2K22, the latest version will offer up to five DLC packs, with each pack containing five new characters to expand an already extensive lineup of dozens of WWE Superstars.

The first package features popular ’90s duo the Steiners, as well as current stars like Ashante Adonis. Later DLC will feature other notable wrestlers such as Karl “The Machine Gun” Anderson, Harley Race, Bray Wyatt, Wade Barrett, Zeus, and Eve Torres.

WWE 2K23 Playable Wrestlers
WWE 2K23 is scheduled for release on March 17, 2023 and will feature 201 playable wrestlers, some of whom will appear for the first time in WWE 2K history, while others will return after being absent from WWE. 2K22 roster. Fortunately, additional downloadable content (DLC) packs are planned to be released after launch, with over two dozen more fighters, including some that were initially left out. The Race to NXT pack, featuring Harley Race, Ivy Nile, Wendy Choo, Tony D’Angelo and Trick Williams, will launch on June 14, 2023.

On July 19, 2023, the Revel with Wyatt pack will be released, featuring Bray Wyatt, Zeus, Valhalla, Joe Gacy, and Blair Davenport. Among the wrestlers included in this DLC pack, five will make their debut in WWE 2K.

The Bad News U Pack, which will be released on August 16, 2023, will include Eve Torres, Wade Barrett, Damon Kemp, Andre Chase and Nathan Frazer. It should be noted that two of these wrestlers, Wade Barrett and Nathan Frazer, will return to WWE 2K after not appearing in WWE 2K22. In total, twenty wrestlers will make their debut in WWE 2K through DLC packs.
