First, you need to use the Nana Cape Back Bling, which you will receive after unlocking Bunker Jonsey at level 23, then by collecting 40 Fortbyte locations throughout the season you will be able to collect it.
Fortbyte 43, unveiled on June 24, is located inside a Banana Stand, which you’ll find inside Neo Tilted, the named location added at the beginning of this season.
Specifically, you’ll want to go to the southwest of the location, where you’ll find the Banana Stand just north of a road junction.

There is another Fortbyte very close to here, specifically, using the Cluck Strut to cross the street in front of Peely’s banana stand, which is at the intersection next to the stand this Fortbyte comes from.
