The Pokémon Go Equinox event will take place at the end of September and will feature new, special eggs containing rare Pokémon, new super incubators to hatch eggs faster, and also bonuses to Stardust and XP from certain activities.
Like the previous Fire and Ice event and the previous Grass event, trainers will not encounter a greater number of specific Pokémon, but willpower You’ll be able to hatch unusual species like Mareep, Chansey, and Larvitar from special 2km eggs, as well as earn other rewards.

What time does the Pokémon Go Equinox event end? Fall Event End Date, End Date and Details
The Pokémon Go Equinox event began on Friday, September 22 and will now end 11 days later, on Wednesday, October 3, at the following times:
- UK: 9pm (BST)
- Europe: 10:00 p.m. (CEST)
- US West Coast: 1:00 pm (PDT)
- US East Coast: 4 pm (EDT)
It was originally ten days, but after a period of interruption, developer Niantic announced a one-day extension.
Mareep, Chansey, Larvitar and other Pokémon will probably appear in the Equinox event
According to Niantic, we can expect some rare Pokémon to hatch from special 2km eggs during the event. Eggs will be obtained in the usual way, apparently by spinning PokéStops, so try to leave some room in your bag for the ones at the event!

So far, those are the only Pokémon mentioned by Niantic, but they followed up that short list with a teasing “…and more!”, so expect at least a few more unusual Pokémon to hatch from those special Eggs. We’ll update this page when we know more!
The Season of Adventure Abundance is here! The Detective Pikachu Returns event is currently underway. You can also work on the Timed Investigation: Master Ball mission and compete in Go Battle League. Be sure to compete in Shadow Raids, complete routes, use Daily Adventure Incense for a chance to encounter Galarian Articuno, Galarian Zapdos, and Galarian Moltres. This incense can also give you encounters with other rare Pokémon in Pokémon Go.
Super incubators, equinox boxes and everything you need to know about the Pokémon Go Equinox event
In addition to the new Eggs, Pokémon Go also introduces several other changes and additions throughout the duration of the event.
1) New Super Incubators and special boxes from the store.
Niantic has promised players the ability to purchase “special boxes from the in-game store that include items like lucky eggs, decoy modules, and new super incubators that hatch eggs 1.5 times faster.”
It’s unclear how much they’ll cost yet and what’s the best practice for freeing up space in your bag to use them, but from the wording it sounds like they’ll hatch. all Eggs form faster, so it might be worth placing these new super incubators on any 10km eggs that are taking up space and saving your infinite use incubator for the 2km ones.
2) Higher XP for registering new Pokémon in the Pokédex
Registering any new Pokémon in the Pokédex will give you a tasty triple XP bonus. Unfortunately for veteran players, there aren’t many Pokémon left to register, but the good thing is that this event does crossover with the change to the next rotation of the legendary Pokémon Entei, Raiku and Suicune that will be available starting at the end of the month. Take part in some legendary raids after the change, if you can!
Otherwise, Pokemon like Mareep and Chansey are a good chance for you to get those tricky Ampharos and Blissey evolutions, or even a Tyranitar from your new Larvitars if you haven’t caught one yet.

3) More stardust, finally!
Perhaps the most valuable resource for veteran players right now is that Niantic finally introduced a Stardust bonus with the Equinox event.
You’ll earn double Stardust from catching Pokémon and hatching Pokémon, so the more you play the daily game, the more dust you’ll earn. It’s time to get to work while you can to power up those Pokes!

That’s your luck. It should be noted that the similar Water Festival earlier this year also stealthily introduced the concept of Shinies, including a Shiny Magikarp and Red Gyarados. It’s unknown if another such update (or even more Shinies) will be introduced, but as always, it doesn’t hurt to keep an eye out for anything suspicious.
