How to get the best Sandevistan in Cyberpunk 2077
If you’re starting a new game, you’ll have to wait a bit to guarantee you’ll find the best Sandevistan, as Apogee Sandevistan is available at Ripperdoc clinics after reaching character level 40. Head to any Ripperdoc in Night City to install the best Sandevistan for 118,681 Eurodollars.
We also recommend waiting to install it until you have Level 50 Street Cred so that Apogee Sandevistan is a guaranteed iconic strain.

This may seem a little expensive at the beginning of the game, but unless you’ve spent a lot recently, you should have more than enough saved up by the time you reach level 40.
You can also find an Apogee Sandevistan in certain loot pools (such as a random box in the main building that appears during the main quest ‘Disasterpiece’), but these loot pools are random, and if you are not a level 40 character and level from Street Creed 50, you won’t get the iconic Tier 5 variant of the Apogee Sandevistan even if it appears.
In the meantime, there are other Sandevistans you can find and install in Ripperdocs while you wait to reach these levels. They’re not as good, but they still allow you to slow down time to unleash your firepower.

Once you have a Sandevistan installed in the ‘Operating System’ part of your Cyberwear, all you have to do to use it is press LB + RB on Xbox, L1 + R1 on PlayStation or hold ‘E’ on PC.
David Martinez’s way is to kill as many as you can during slow motion, but you can also use it to retreat from difficult situations and heal if necessary.

Following the Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 update, you can now press the activation button again to manually stop Sandevistan, allowing you to save that charge for another wave of enemies.
Lastly, it has now been modified so that you can activate a Sandevistan at any charge level, so there is no need to wait for it to recharge between attacks.
