Hitman 3’s secret ending provides an alternate conclusion to the World of Assassination trilogy.
While Hitman players are used to finishing off objectives in a variety of ways, a branching story is new, so it’s easy to overlook the idea of an extra ending.

How to unlock Hitman 3’s secret ending and unlock Count Down From 47 and A New Father
At the end of Hitman 3’s sixth and final level, the Carpathians, you will come face to face with Arthur Edwards and will be tasked with eliminating him.
There are several ways to do this based on the weapons you have and the objects around you. Two we recommend include taking the serum you’re presented with and using it on him, and killing him with a headshot; They are both level challenges and result in slightly different results, although they still lead to the same overall ending.
However, there is a way to use the serum that Edwards offers on Agent 47, resulting in the secret conclusion.
To unlock Hitman 3’s secret ending, you must:
- Take the serum out of the case on the desk and keep it equipped.
- Wait about a minute for Edwards to speak.
- Press the button to use the serum yourself.

As mentioned, there are several other challenges here that you can unlock with this final objective, so if you haven’t already, it’s worth creating a manual save right now to help unlock them all.
Although this final level is more linear than the rest, as with all destinations, there are several other things that unlock more levels of mastery, so it’s worth at least one more replay to see what else you can discover.
