The date and time of the Genshin Impact 3.0 live stream has been announced and, as always, will provide information on the upcoming Banner schedule and events included with the free update.
3.0 brings the Sumeru region to the game, the Dendro element, continues the main story and will introduce many new characters, with some likely to appear in upcoming 3.0 banners.
We’ll cover the exact date and time of the Genshin Impact 3.0 live stream below, and also provide all the information we know about Banner’s upcoming characters through reliable leakers.

Genshin Impact 3.0 live stream date and time in UK, CEST, EDT and PDT
The Genshin Impact 3.0 live stream begins on Saturday, August 13 at 8 am (UTC-4) on the official Genshin Impact Twitch channel. It will then be broadcast live on the official YouTube channel at 12 pm (UTC-4).
In other time zones, you can watch the 3.0 live stream on the Genshin Impact Twitch channel at:
- United Kingdom: 13:00 (BST)
- Europe: 2:00 p.m. (CEST)
- US East Coast: 8 am (EDT)
- US West Coast: 5 am (PDT)

What to expect from Genshin Impact 3.0 banners
We’ll have to wait for the 3.0 livestream to get official details on who the character event banners will be, but there have been reliable leaks providing information on possible upcoming 3.0 banners.
According to a leaker who goes by the name ‘Uncle Chasm’, Zhongli and Ganyu will have Banner again in 3.0. As for new characters, the 5-star Tighnari could debut with the new 4-star character Collei and the new 4-star Dori at the other Banner event, but the tweet suggesting this from the usually reliable leaker lumie_lumie on Twitter has been since removed.

Interestingly, in another deleted tweet from lumie_lumie, they stated that there is a possibility that there will actually be three phases of Banner events in 3.0, with a Banner character introduced every two weeks.
Although MiHoYo has officially revealed the existence of Tighnari, Collei and Dori, the Banner in which they will appear is just speculation.

Much like the character posters for the upcoming event, there has been no official confirmation on what weapons the next Epitome Invocation poster will contain. However, if the leaks mentioned above are to be believed, according to information collected by the website saveyourprimos, Tighnari and Collei will use bows, while Dori will use a Claymore. This means that a new 5-star bow for the 5-star Tighnari is likely to debut in the upcoming Banner weapon.
As Zhongli and Ganyu could get reruns, we can also expect to see their signature 5-star weapons, Vortex Vanquisher and Amos’ Bow, respectively, featured in Epitome Invocation alongside Banner’s reruns from their event.
If the information above turns out to be true, the character banners we will see in update 3.0 include:

- Dori Debut (Electro 4 Estrellas)
