Fortnite – Dusty Divot treasure map location

Finding the location of Dusty Divot’s treasure map is the goal of one of Fortnite’s many weekly challenges.

Completing it will give you additional XP to help you get many Season 5 rewards.

Please note that you will need to have a Battle Pass in order to take on this challenge.

Please note that this particular challenge can no longer be completed. What’s new? Chapter 4 Season 2 has arrived! New additions include Grind Rails and Kinetic Blades, along with the new Battle Pass, character collection, and Eren Jaeger skin. It’s a good idea to know how to get XP quickly in Fortnite.

How Dusty Divot’s Treasure Map Works

For the week 7 challenges, you have the following task:

  • Follow the treasure map found in Dusty Divot (1 total, 10 battle stars)

Another challenge this week is the various stages of searching for a Fortnite chest, plus the task of visiting named Fortnite locations as well.

.

Dusty Divot hides a map that paves the way to a hidden treasure. He note that only those with the Battle Pass will be able to see it, and a diagram of where the treasure can be found appears on the map.

However, you can skip this first step and go directly to the treasure location, as explained later on this page, if you prefer to do so.

As with other challenges, you must complete them while playing matches (you cannot enter the map without other players), so you will have to avoid combat encounters while trying to find each location.

Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4 is here! To help you get started with this heist-themed season, we have guides on how to alert a security camera, protect data from Forecast Towers, and destroy weakened security walls or doors. There’s also a new Victory Umbrella! In the meantime, learn what the best weapons are, the current boosts, how to get XP quickly, how to use the best PC builds, and earn a crown of victory.

Dusty Divot Treasure Map Location

Dusty Divot is located in the approximate center of the map, between Tilted Towers and Retail Row. However, you don’t need to go there to collect the treasure; simply follow the instructions below.

The destination you’re aiming for is also very close: it’s just northwest of Dusty Divot, in the center of the map.

Specifically, you’ll want to visit the group of three trees just north and downhill of Stone Head, on the boundary line between quadrants F4 and F5.

The easiest way to get there is by air, so set your sights from the Battle Bus and glide along.

When you land, run until the Treasure appears. It is on the dirt plot in the middle of the three trees. When it appears, use the button to collect it.

In our experience, this is a relatively busy location on the treasure map, probably because the nearby Tilted Towers are already one of the most popular starting locations, although it should disappear as time passes after the challenge has been activated. . Do your best to get in and out quickly, in any way.

If you’re struggling, you can always build to create ladders and climb later in the match when people have dispersed, or even wait until a future week when most people have moved on to other challenges.

Please note that you must complete the game in order to finish the challenge. Exiting the match as soon as you pick it up won’t work, so make sure you continue.

Already done? There are plenty of other challenges to take on this week, including Fortnite’s four Find a Chest stages and the Visit Named Locations challenge, so keep playing!
