After following Sidon through the whirlpool, you will land in ancient ruins underwater. This is the beginning of the old Zora waterworks.

To find the first blocked pipe here, move forward once you land in the ruins and walk towards the slightly lower area in front of you. Follow the path until you can’t go any further and then look to your right.

Continue following the path ahead and you will be notified that you are officially in the old Zora Waterworks.

Once you reach the pipe area, climb onto the pipe blocked on the wall. To get there, we created a ramp using Ultrahand and some of the wooden pieces hidden nearby.

As you did with the others, carefully clear the clog from the pipe and the water level will rise again.
