We know of 15 enemies that count as staff-wielding opponents in Genshin Impact:
- Wizards of the Abyss
- Mek, annihilation specialist
- Eremite (Daythunder version)
- Fatui Skirmisher (Geochanter Bracer version)
- Frost operation
- Hilichurl Berserker
- Hilichurl Fighter
- Icy Wind Suite
- Samachurls
- shadow husk line breaker
- Shadowhusk Standard Bearer
- Hilichurl Guards Shield
- Mek Suppression Specialist
- Treasure Hoarders (sailor version)
- Wind Operator
We found that Abyss Mages are the easiest to track down using the Adventurer’s Handbook, as they are guaranteed to have a staff no matter what type of elemental you encounter.

You can only take photos of 10 staff opponents for the Graph Adversarial Technology Experiment Log event. As we mentioned above, we found it easy to get 10 locations quickly by tracking down Abyss Mages in the Adventurer’s Handbook.
