Diablo Immortal Hydra and Golem Location Explained

The first step to spawning the Hydra or Golem in Diablo Immortal is to switch to the Hell 1 difficulty. To unlock Hell 1, you must finish the story and reach level 60 with your character.

Once you have selected Hell 1, go to the Zoltun Kulle Library to activate the Hidden Chambers of Kulle world event.

You’ll see the Hidden Chambers of Kulle event in the quest log on the left side of the screen, which asks you to find five pages to make a Portal Tome. These pages are found throughout the Library, so you will have to search all areas to find them.

Other players can pick them up before you, so be sure to grab the golden pages off the ground as soon as you see them.

Once you have found five lost pages, you will be able to create a Portal Tomb. You can continue farming lost pages and create up to five portal tomes to save for later, or use one as soon as it’s done.

When you see a countdown for the Hydra or Golem, head to their location.

When the Portal Tome is used, it will usually create a portal to another area where you can fight enemies to collect loot. Sometimes Fleshcraft Hydra or Sandstone Golem will appear in the library. These bosses drop better loot than the enemies the portals take you to, but they are much harder to defeat.

You will be notified if using a Portal Tome has spawned the Hydra or Golem, and will begin a three-minute timer to reach their location.

Since Hydra and Golem are world events, anyone on your server can join in to fight them. This also means that you can fight the Hydra or Golem when someone else spawns them on your server.

You can only get rewards from each portal event five times a day in Diablo Immortal, so unless you’re helping someone else defeat enemies, you can stop farming the Hydra and Golem after five tries.
